This is a personally owned small business. I have been using my design skills and background in ergonomics to provide cost effective solutions that do not seem to be easily found on the internet. Quality and fair pricing are essential both for my peace of mind AND of course happy customers do not make returns necessary very often!

While I am located in Ontario, Canada the vast majority of my sales are into the United States. I do ship to Europe and even Australia at the same shipping rates!

PayPal is used to process payments, but you do not have to actually join PayPal in order to use your credit card on their secure server. Quite frankly this is the only cost effective means for a small business to accept credit cards. After four years of using PayPal to accept payments there have been virtually no reported problems, although I may have lost a few customers who just plain dislike PayPal.
